Expert-led, fully insured, and designed to support strength, coordination, and confidence.

Why Parents Choose Me

Safety & Qualifications

With over 15 years of pole experience and 10 years of teaching, I bring a deep understanding of safe, progressive training. I hold child-specific aerial qualifications, am fully DBS checked, safeguarding trained, and first aid qualified — ensuring your child is learning in a safe, structured, and professionally managed environment

Real Benefits

Classes are designed to support children’s development in a safe and positive way, helping to build confidence, body awareness, strength and coordination, while also encouraging discipline, focus, and healthy movement habits. Alongside the physical benefits, children gain a safe space to express themselves and develop important social skills, all within a supportive and structured environment.

Teaching Approach

My teaching approach is centred around clear, supportive instruction, with movements explained and demonstrated in a way that children can easily understand. I create a calm, positive environment, especially for those who may feel nervous, helping every child feel safe, supported, and confident as they learn at their own pace

Small, Personalised Classes

I keep class sizes small to provide a highly personalised experience for every child. This allows me to give focused, individual support, tailoring guidance to their needs and ensuring they progress safely and confidently in a calm, encouraging environment.

Class Structure

Every class is carefully structured to support safe, progressive learning while building strength, confidence, and enjoyment in movement.

Warm Up

Each class begins with a warm-up to gently prepare the body, improving mobility, coordination, and reducing the risk of injury. This also helps children settle into class and feel comfortable and ready to move.

Conditioning

We move into conditioning exercises to build strength, control, and body awareness, supporting safe and confident movement. These exercises are tailored to the group, helping children progress safely and at the right level for them.

Skills & Movement

Children learn new skills with clear demonstrations and step-by-step guidance,. I also include fun, playful elements and creative challenges to keep children engaged, motivated, and enjoying their movement.

Cool Down

Classes finish with stretching to support flexibility, recovery, and overall physical development. This also helps children relax, wind down, and finish class feeling calm and accomplished.
